What condition will the property be in? Every home is cleaned to a hospitality-grade standard between every stay, with fresh linen and towels as standard. We hold our properties to the standard we’d want for our own family, which means the small details — not just the obvious ones — get looked after.
Who do I contact if something comes up? Us, directly. Because we manage our homes ourselves rather than through a distant platform, you’re always speaking to people who actually know the property and can act quickly if something needs sorting.
Is the location actually convenient? Our Peterborough homes are chosen with the city’s layout in mind, close enough to the Cathedral, the river, and the centre that you’re not dependent on taxis to make the most of your stay, whether you’re here for work or leisure.
